SASSY SHUTTER PHOTOGRAPHY – CLIENT POLICY GUIDE

To ensure a smooth and professional experience, kindly review the following terms and policies that apply to all bookings.
BOOKINGS & DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.
Your booking is only confirmed after the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is to be paid before or on the day of the session.
SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
Same-day (short notice) bookings attract a £20–£30 urgency fee, depending on time and location.
This covers last-minute preparation, scheduling, and logistics.
LATE NIGHT BOOKINGS
Bookings scheduled after 7:00PM will attract a £20 late session fee.
Latest session time is 9:00 PM, unless agreed otherwise.
TRAVEL & LOCATION
Travel costs must be covered by the client for all shoots.
Clients can choose a preferred location — studio, hotel, lounge, restaurant, Airbnb, or any clean and safe space.
If assistance is needed securing a location, please let me know early so I can recommend options.
Location changes need to be passed across 24hrs before shoot time
OUTFITS & SESSION DETAILS
Outfit changes are allowed depending on your chosen package.
Extra outfit changes or additional time will attract a custom fee, based on what’s required.
Edited photos are delivered within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Express delivery (within 48 hours) is available for an additional £20.
LATENESS & CANCELLATION
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for lateness. After that, the session time will be reduced.
After 10 minutes, a £15 late fee applies.
30 minutes late = session automatically cancelled and deposit forfeited.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours also forfeit the deposit.
Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
WEATHER & OUTDOOR SHOOTS
For outdoor sessions, rescheduling is allowed in the case of bad weather (1 free reschedule only).
PROMOTION & TAGGING
With your consent, selected photos may be used on our website, social media, or portfolio.
When posting your final images, please tag @sassyshutter_ — we love seeing and sharing your results!
